Who should I contact if i have a query? |
- You can email our support team at Support@babyblisstreasure.com and you will receive assistance in less than 6 hours.
- Queries will be answered and resolved during working days.
Where do I get my shipment number? |
- after you have placed an order you will be notified through email and be given your order number.
- Immediately after your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking number.
- You can always contact support if you have lost your tracking number and need to get a new one.
Can I track my parcel? |
- Yes, you will be frequently updated on your order details and be given an order and tracking number in order for you to be able to track you order.

What will happen if I am not at home? |
- If you are not home by the time your order is supposed to arrive, be sure to ask a neighbour or a friend to receive the package on your behalf.
- If You know that you will not be home by the time your order arrives, please contact support so that we can change the shipping time or cancel your order.
- It is advisable that you constantly track your order in order to stay up to date and make plans around your orders transit times.
How can I change my delivery address? |
- Please note that you can ONLY change your delivery address during the first 2 days after ordering you product, as it will most likely be in processing and not shipped out yet.
- Contact support to inform them of the changes that you wish to make and they will change them as per your request.
- If you fail to contact support and notify them of this chance, note that your shipping address will not be changed and you may have to pick it up at the originally entered address or pay for shipping.
- Please take extra precaution when inserting your shipping address as the effects may not be reversible after 2 day of placing the order.
I need to return or exchange a product. |
- Please read through the return and exchange company policies and be sure to fully understand them.

- If it still fails, attempt sighing out then signing in again, and attempt to type in the code once more.

- Sign out and sign back in.
- If the problem still persists contact support and they will handle the matter.
Can I cancel or change my order? |
- YEs you can, buy only during the first 48 hours of ordering your product as it may likely still be in processing.
- If your order has been shipped out, you can not cancel or change it as it will already be in transit.
- If you will need to return it please read the return policy before doing so.

Do you ship globally? |
- No, We currently only ship to the United States, but we will soon be expanding.
- Be sure to leva us your email in order to stay updated on the new changes that will occur within Baby Bliss Treasure.
Size guide - what size should I order? |
- Within all clothing items there is a sizing chart picture.
- Be sure to allow a 5cm error as body types are not the same.
Processing times and shipping times. |
- Processing times take between 1 to 3 working days.
- Shipping times Take between 3 to 28 days, regardless of the courier company.
- Shipping time are different as some items are eligible for express shipping (at no extra cost) And some products are not.
- Due to Covid-19, As there are extra precautions tat need to be taken to ensure yours and our safety, transit times may take longer. PLEASE NOTE that this is this is something that is beyond our control.
